The English language enhances the employability of students and job aspirants. It enables the students to expedite the process of improving learning skills, with more emphasis on LSRW (Learning, Speaking, Reading & Writing). English has gained greater importance in employability with the advent of IT, ITES and globalization in the 20th and 21st centuries. It is not only a global communication language, library language but it is also a language of global opportunities.  Earlier, the English language was considered as one of the subjects in the studies at different levels. But now- a -days, English language skills are considered as one of the major criteria for any employment opportunity and higher studies in India and abroad.  It is considered as a window to a plethora of opportunities in the corporate world. It is observed that just being proficient in English language communication skills many people are getting good employability. The present study highlights the importance of English language skills.
The research work will focus on –
